$HOOK

$HOOK token

The official Robin Hook token, bought back and burned with protocol revenue.

Robin Hook ($HOOK) is the official token of Robin Hook. The protocol's revenue is used to buy $HOOK back from the market and burn it, so the more the launchpad is used, the more $HOOK leaves circulation.

$HOOK was launched on Pons, a token launchpad on Robinhood Chain, from the same deployer address that deployed the Robin Hook protocol contracts. 1,000,000,000 supply, no presale and no team allocation: it trades on its Pons bonding curve until the curve fills and graduates to a Uniswap pool. It isn't a Robin Hook launch, so no Robin Hook hooks run on its trades; its Robin Hook page buys and sells on the Pons curve directly.

Where protocol revenue goes

The protocol earns from two sources:

  • The launch fee paid when a token is created.
  • The fixed 0.3% protocol fee on every trade, on the curve and in Uniswap pools.

That revenue is used to buy back and burn $HOOK:

  1. 1

    Fees collect

Launch fees and the 0.3% protocol fee accumulate with the protocol.
  2. 2

    Buy $HOOK

The protocol uses that revenue to buy $HOOK on the market.
  3. 3

    Burn

The $HOOK it buys is burned for good, shrinking the supply.

Creator fees, LP fees and every hook's own cuts are untouched: they still go to creators, liquidity, pots and burns exactly as described in Fees.

Only trust the official address

Anyone can launch a token called Robin Hook or $HOOK. The official one is the token launched from the deployer address above. Always check the contract address before you buy.
