Short answers to the questions people ask most.

Short answers to common questions. For the details, follow the links in the sidebar or start from the overview.

How much does it cost to launch?

The launch fee (a small flat amount in ETH, shown in the launch form), plus gas and your first buy if you make one.

Can I change my hooks after launch?

No. The rules are written into the pool once and never change. That is what makes them trustworthy for buyers.

Can anyone pull the liquidity?

No. The launchpad owns the pool position and has no function that removes it.

Do creators get free tokens?

No. There is no team allocation. A creator who wants tokens buys them on the curve like everyone else.

What happens if the curve never fills?

The token keeps trading on the curve. People can buy and sell against it at any time; it simply never opens a pool.

Where is my logo stored?

Uploaded logos are stored on the Robin Hook server under a permanent link.

What fee do traders pay?

The creator's fee, 1% to 10%, on every buy and sell, on the curve and in the pool. 0.3% of it goes to the protocol and the rest to the creator. The pool adds no LP fee; only hooks the creator turned on can add more. See Fees.

Can I place a limit order?

Yes, on graduated tokens whose hooks never look at who trades. Pick Limit on the token page, enter an amount and a target market cap, and choose how long the order stays open. Your ETH or tokens wait in the limit-order contract until the pool reaches your price, then a keeper fills the order. You can cancel any time and get everything back. The fee is 0.1%, plus a 0.003 ETH keeper fee per order that pays for the fill (refunded if you cancel).

Why does my wallet show a high fee on a sell?

The token may use Sell tax decay or a volatility fee. The token page lists every hook the pool runs.

What does the protocol do with its fees?

The launch fee and the 0.3% protocol fee are used to buy back and burn $HOOK, the official Robin Hook token. See $HOOK token.

Which wallets work?

Any wallet that supports Robinhood Chain, through the Connect Wallet button.
